• Can dogs use it? Absolutely, the Snuggle Cove is perfect for both cats and dogs. However, we know that dogs come in all shapes and sizes. Use our size guide to help you decide if this bed is a good fit for your pup.
• Are the beds machine washable? The beds are machine washable. We recommend using a delicate washing setting and a low heat setting when drying to keep the bed soft and comfy for your furry babies.
• What size should I get? Please refer to our interactive size guide at the top of the page next to the “Color” options. If you are unsure please email our friends support team and they will help you make an informed decision. 
• Is the Snuggle Cove available in stores? Our beds are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as we can.
• What material is it made of? We use a range of fabrics and materials for all of our beds, these include taffeta, bamboo, oxford, nylon and microfibers. These beds are not fire resistant.
• What if there’s something wrong with my order? If there’s anything wrong with your order- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective. We’ll give you a full refund.
